Our company manages services you already have in place and negotiates lower prices for services such as lawn care, snow removal, trash hauling, and exterior maintenance. We never charge a mark-up on any service we secure for you.
Major Project Administration and Capital Improvements When your property is in need of a major repair, we solicit bids, check contractor references and insurance, and supervise the project. Pricing is agreed upon in writing before bids are solicited and is based on a percentage of the cost of the project.
Utility Monitoring Let us monitor your utility bills each month to make sure they are correct. When your resident is responsible for making payment, we make sure the bills are up to date.
